    本发明涉及的是一种汽车制造领域的技术、尤其一种带坡度感应的汽车手刹拉紧
    提示装置。具体而言,本发明涉及一种坡度传感器、具有所述坡度传感器的车辆手刹拉紧到
    位提示装置、具有所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置的车辆以及利用所述车辆手刹拉紧到位
    提示装置来执行的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法。

    背景技术

    汽车由于停在不同坡度的地面上,故手刹拉紧的力道需求不一样,例如在平地上
    需要的拉紧力量要求更小。如果拉紧力量过大,则会降低手刹的使用寿命。反之,在斜坡上
    手刹拉紧力道要求更大,如果没有达到拉紧要求,则在坡道上容易滑动,进而造成安全事
    故。

    当前的手刹提醒装置只能判断手刹是否拉起,不能根据停车所在地面的坡度判断
    手刹是否拉起至安全位置。

    专利号为CN 201610047071.6的题为《一种汽车手制动未锁紧提醒控制系统》的专
    利提出了一种汽车制动未锁紧提醒控制系统用于提醒驾驶员拉紧手刹,在控制系统发现手
    制动未锁紧时发出报警提示。

    专利号为CN 201310401464.9的题为《一种汽车手刹提示装置》的专利公开了一种
    包括汽车启动系统、手刹制动系统和手刹显示提示装置,在手刹未拉起时可以语音提示装
    置和显示装置相互配合提示驾驶人员。

    专利号为CN 201520317537.0的题为《一种汽车手刹未放报警提示装置》的专利提
    出了一种汽车手刹未放报警提示装置,可以实时监测和判断汽车手刹状态,并及时提示驾
    驶员,以防因手刹未放所导致的危险的发生。

    当前的手刹警示装置不能根据不同路况判断手刹是否到达准确位置。

    发明内容

    本发明的目的在于解决针对上述现有技术存在的不足并且提出一种带坡度感应
    的汽车手刹拉紧提示方法和装置。利用坡度检测装置测量出汽车所停位置的坡度,根据坡
    度确定手刹该拉紧至何种合适位置,以避免手刹不到位导致汽车滑动或者拉得过紧而降低
    手刹使用寿命的问题。

    此外,本发明还旨在解决或者缓解现有技术中存在的其它技术问题。

    本发明通过提供一种坡度传感器、具有所述坡度传感器的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示
    装置、具有所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置的车辆以及利用所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装
    置来执行的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法来解决上述问题,具体而言,根据本发明的一方面,
    提供了:

    一种坡度传感器,其中,所述坡度传感器具有半径为R的弧形的滚珠轨道,在所述滚珠
    轨道的两个端部处分别布置有距离传感器,在所述滚珠轨道内布置有半径为r的滚珠,所述
    滚珠能够在所述滚珠轨道内自由滚动,所述距离传感器用于测量其与所述滚珠的中心的距
    离。

    可选地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,在所述滚珠轨道的两个端部处还分别布置
    有止挡部用于防止所述滚珠从所述滚珠轨道中掉落出来。

    根据本发明的另一方面,本发明提供了一种车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置,其中,所
    述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置具有用于对车辆手动地进行制动的车辆手刹拉杆和与所述
    车辆手刹拉杆共同作用的车辆手刹本体,其中,在所述车辆手刹本体上布置有上述任一种
    坡度传感器,在所述车辆手刹本体处还布置有信号转换器,在所述车辆手刹本体上还布置
    有与所述信号转换器连接的手柄驱动器和与所述手柄驱动器连接的手柄,所述信号转换器
    与所述距离传感器连接并且用于获取所述距离并且将其转换成用于控制所述手柄驱动器
    的控制信号,所述手柄驱动器用于调节所述手柄的位置,在所述手柄的面向所述车辆手刹
    拉杆的端部处构造有提示音发生器用于发出提示音,所述车辆手刹拉杆能够碰到所述提示
    音发生器。

    可选地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述手柄驱动器为舵机,并且所述手柄为旋
    转手柄。

    可选地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,在所述车辆手刹本体处构造有棘轮,所述车
    辆手刹拉杆经由所述棘轮运动。

    可选地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,在所述车辆手刹本体上还布置有报警装置
    用于在所述车辆手刹拉杆碰到所述提示音发生器之前发出报警信息。

    可选地,根据本发明的一种实施方式,所述报警信息为与所述提示音不同的报警
    声音。

    根据本发明的再一方面,本发明提供了一种车辆,其装设有上述任一种车辆手刹
    拉紧到位提示装置。

    根据本发明的又一方面,本发明提供了一种车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法,其中,所
    述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法利用上述任一种车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置来执行,其中,
    所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法包括下列步骤:

    a. 当所述车辆停放在坡道上时,所述滚珠在所述滚珠轨道内滚动至低点并静止;

    b. 所述距离传感器测量其与所述滚珠的中心的距离;

    c. 所述信号转换器获取所述距离并且从中采取较小的值并且进而根据如下方程式


    计算所述坡道的坡度α并且将其转换成控制信号;

    d. 所述手柄驱动器获取所述控制信号并且将所述手柄连同所述提示音发生器调整到
    在此坡度下的相应位置;

    e. 拉动所述车辆手刹拉杆直到其触碰到所述提示音发生器,所述提示音发生器由此
    发出所述提示音,从而提示所述车辆手刹拉杆已经到位。

    所提供的坡度传感器、具有所述坡度传感器的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置、具有
    所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置的车辆以及利用所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置来执行
    的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法的有益之处包括:可以检测汽车停放道路的坡度,根据测量
    得到的坡度信息设定手刹的合理行程,在拉动手刹的过程中提示手刹是否已经到位,以避
    免手刹太松导致汽车滑动或者太紧而影响手刹使用寿命。

    具体实施方式

    容易理解,根据本发明的技术方案,在不变更本发明实质精神下,本领域的一般技
    术人员可以提出可相互替换的多种结构方式以及实现方式。因此,以下具体实施方式以及
    附图仅是对本发明的技术方案的示例性说明,而不应当视为本发明的全部或者视为对本发
    明技术方案的限定或限制。

    在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等
    方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根
    据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方
    位用语解释为限制性用语。

    参考图1和图2,其分别示出了根据本发明的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置100的一
    种实施方式的示意图以及坡度计算示意图。其中示出了一种坡度传感器,其中,所述坡度传
    感器具有半径为R的弧形的滚珠轨道3,在所述滚珠轨道3的两个端部处分别布置有距离传
    感器4,在所述滚珠轨道3内布置有半径为r的滚珠2,所述滚珠2能够在所述滚珠轨道3内自
    由滚动,所述距离传感器4用于测量其与所述滚珠2的中心的距离L。不言而喻的是,所述距
    离传感器4一共为两个,也就是说能够得到两个不同大小的测量值,并且R大于r。也就是说
    坡度传感器采用对称设计,两侧都放置了位置传感器。由此汽车停放在向上或是向下的斜
    坡上,所述滚珠2滚向位置偏下的传感器,两个传感器都检测到位置信息。此外,在图中没有
    示出的实施方式中,在所述滚珠轨道3的两个端部处还分别布置有止挡部用于防止所述滚
    珠2从所述滚珠轨道3中掉落出来。

    在如图所示出的实施方式中,所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置100具有用于对车
    辆手动地进行制动的车辆手刹拉杆9和与所述车辆手刹拉杆9共同作用的车辆手刹本体1,
    其中,在所述车辆手刹本体1上布置有所述坡度传感器,在所述车辆手刹本体1处还布置有
    信号转换器5,在所述车辆手刹本体1上还布置有与所述信号转换器5连接的手柄驱动器6和
    与所述手柄驱动器6连接的手柄7,所述信号转换器5与所述距离传感器4连接并且用于获取
    所述距离L并且将其转换成用于控制所述手柄驱动器6的控制信号,所述手柄驱动器6用于
    调节所述手柄7的位置,在所述手柄7的面向所述车辆手刹拉杆9的端部处构造有提示音发
    生器8用于发出提示音,所述车辆手刹拉杆9能够碰到所述提示音发生器8。

    在优选的实施方式中,所述手柄驱动器6为舵机,并且所述手柄7为旋转手柄。应当
    理解的是,舵机为本领域技术人员惯用用语,其是一种位置(角度)伺服的驱动器,适用于需
    要角度不断变化并且可以保持的控制系统。由此,所述旋转手柄能够在所述舵机的控制下
    进行旋转运动。另外,还能够从图中左上方看出,在所述车辆手刹本体1处构造有棘轮,所述
    车辆手刹拉杆9经由所述棘轮运动,以便较容易地分级控制所述车辆手刹拉杆9的运动。

    下面对车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法进行说明。所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法利
    用所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置100来执行,其中,所述车辆手刹拉紧到位提示方法包括
    下列步骤:

    a. 当所述车辆停放在坡道上时,所述滚珠2在所述滚珠轨道3内滚动至低点并静止,也
    就是说处于平衡状态;

    b. 所述距离传感器4测量其与所述滚珠2的中心的距离L,以此定位滚珠位置,确定坡
    度;

    c. 所述信号转换器5获取所述距离L并且从中采取较小的值(由于有两个距离传感器,
    故在坡道的情况下就有两个不一样大小的测量值)并且进而根据如下方程式


    计算所述坡道的坡度α并且将其转换成控制信号;

    d. 所述手柄驱动器6获取所述控制信号并且将所述手柄7连同所述提示音发生器8调
    整到在此坡度下的相应位置(α值越大,手柄7会顺时针旋转越大的角度,也即车辆手刹拉杆
    9需要越大的行程才能触碰提示音发生器8);

    e. 拉动所述车辆手刹拉杆9使得所述车辆手刹拉杆9沿着棘轮运动并直到其触碰到所
    述提示音发生器8,所述提示音发生器8由此发出所述提示音,从而提示所述车辆手刹拉杆9
    已经到位,由此足以保证汽车在这个坡道上不会发生滑动,也不用继续拉手刹以防手刹拉
    索受力过大而降低其使用寿命。

    在优选的实施方式中,为了提醒驾驶员操控所述车辆手刹拉杆9,在所述车辆手刹
    本体1上还布置有报警装置用于在所述车辆手刹拉杆9碰到所述提示音发生器8之前发出报
    警信息,同时所述报警信息为与所述提示音不同的报警声音以便能够进行区分。

    应当理解的是,本发明的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置100可装设在各种车辆上,包
    括汽油车、柴油车、轿车、货车、客车、电动汽车等等。因此,本发明的主题还旨在保护装设有
    本发明的车辆手刹拉紧到位提示装置100的各种车辆。

    综上所述,本发明涉及一种带坡度感应的汽车手刹拉紧到位提示方法和装置,通
    过设计的坡度传感器和计算方法确定汽车所在坡道的坡度,根据坡度将手柄调整至相应位
    置,手刹拉紧到位后触碰发出声音,提示用户手刹已到位。

    应当理解的是,所有以上的优选实施例都是示例性而非限制性的,本领域技术人
    员在本发明的构思下对以上描述的具体实施例做出的各种改型或变形都应在本发明的法
    律保护范围内。

    Technical Field

    A patent with the patent number CN 201610047071.6, entitled "a vehicle hand brake unlocked reminding control system", proposes a vehicle brake unlocked reminding control system for reminding a driver to tighten a hand brake, and sending an alarm when the control system finds that the hand brake is unlocked.

    A patent with patent number CN 201310401464.9 entitled "a hand brake prompting device for automobile" discloses a device which comprises an automobile starting system, a hand brake braking system and a hand brake display prompting device, and can prompt a driver by the mutual cooperation of a voice prompting device and a display device when the hand brake is not pulled up.

    The patent with the patent number of CN 201520317537.0, entitled alarm prompting device for hand brake of automobile, provides an alarm prompting device for hand brake of automobile, which can monitor and judge the state of the hand brake of the automobile in real time and prompt a driver in time so as to prevent danger caused by the fact that the hand brake is not released.

    The current hand brake warning device can not judge whether the hand brake reaches the accurate position according to different road conditions.

    Disclosure of Invention

    The invention aims to solve the defects existing in the prior art and provides a method and a device for prompting the tension of an automobile hand brake with gradient induction. The slope that utilizes slope detection device to measure the car and stop the position is confirmed according to the slope and should be taut to what kind of suitable position of manual brake to avoid the manual brake not to arrive the position and lead to the car to slide or draw too tightly and reduce the problem of manual brake life.

    Furthermore, the present invention is also directed to solve or alleviate other technical problems of the prior art.

    The present invention solves the above problems by providing a gradient sensor, a vehicle handbrake take-up in-place prompting device having the gradient sensor, a vehicle having the vehicle handbrake take-up in-place prompting device, and a vehicle handbrake take-up in-place prompting method performed by the vehicle handbrake take-up in-place prompting device, and specifically, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided:

    a gradient sensor, wherein the gradient sensor has an arc-shaped ball track with a radius R, distance sensors are respectively arranged at two ends of the ball track, a ball with a radius R is arranged in the ball track, the ball can freely roll in the ball track, and the distance sensors are used for measuring the distance between the distance sensors and the center of the ball.

    Optionally, according to an embodiment of the present invention, stoppers for preventing the balls from falling out of the ball tracks are further disposed at both ends of the ball tracks, respectively.

    According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a vehicle handbrake tightening in-place prompting device, wherein the vehicle handbrake tightening in-place prompting device has a vehicle handbrake lever for manually braking a vehicle and a vehicle handbrake body cooperating with the vehicle handbrake lever, wherein a gradient sensor of any of the above-mentioned types is arranged on the vehicle handbrake body, a signal converter is arranged on the vehicle handbrake body, a handle driver connected with the signal converter and a handle connected with the handle driver are arranged on the vehicle handbrake body, the signal converter is connected with the distance sensor and is used for acquiring the distance and converting the distance into a control signal for controlling the handle driver, the handle driver is used for adjusting the position of the handle, and a prompting sound generator is arranged at the end of the handle facing the vehicle handbrake lever for emitting a prompting sound And the hand brake pull rod of the vehicle can touch the prompting tone generator.

    According to another aspect of the invention, the invention provides a vehicle hand brake tightening in-place prompting method, wherein the vehicle hand brake tightening in-place prompting method is implemented by using any one of the vehicle hand brake tightening in-place prompting devices, and the vehicle hand brake tightening in-place prompting method comprises the following steps:

    a. when the vehicle is parked on a ramp, the balls roll to a low point in the ball tracks and are stationary;

    b. the distance sensor measures the distance from the center of the ball;

    c. the signal converter acquires the distance and takes a smaller value therefrom and in turn according to the following equation

A gradient sensor is shown, wherein the gradient sensor has an arc-shaped ball track 3 with a radius R, wherein distance sensors 4 are arranged at both ends of the ball track 3, wherein a ball 2 with a radius R is arranged in the ball track 3, wherein the ball 2 can freely roll in the ball track 3, and wherein the distance sensors 4 are used for measuring the distance L from the center of the ball 2. It goes without saying that the distance sensors 4 together represent two, i.e. two measurements of different sizes can be obtained, and R is greater than R. That is to say, the gradient sensor adopts the symmetrical design, and position sensors are placed on both sides. Whereby the car is parked on an upward or downward slope and the ball 2 rolls over the position-biased sensor, both sensors detecting position information. In addition, in an embodiment not shown in the figures, stops are also arranged at each end of the ball track 3 in order to prevent the balls 2 from falling out of the ball track 3.

    In a preferred embodiment, the handle driver 6 is a steering engine and the handle 7 is a rotary handle. It should be understood that steering engine is a term commonly used by those skilled in the art, and is a position (angle) servo driver suitable for a control system that requires a constantly changing angle and can maintain the angle. Therefore, the rotating handle can rotate under the control of the steering engine. In addition, it can also be seen from the upper left in the figure that a ratchet is configured at the vehicle handbrake body 1, via which the vehicle handbrake lever 9 is moved, in order to more easily control the movement of the vehicle handbrake lever 9 in stages.

    The method for prompting that the vehicle hand brake is tightened in place is explained below.
