    在试生产加工柴油机气缸体时,安装主轴承孔瓦盖,对瓦盖安装螺栓的拧紧要求
    为,先扳紧到固定扭力后再拧紧一个固定角度的要求。

    现有技术中,在新品试制或小批生产过程中,没有专业拧紧装备,螺栓拧紧角度的
    控制方式是采用人工划线的方法进行控制,人工控制缺点主要有:(1)划线精度低;(2)拧紧
    过程中需要专人对刻度线是否对齐的进行判断;(3)角度控制精度受到主观因数影响。

    发明内容

    本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种螺栓拧紧角度控制装
    置,能够准确实现螺栓拧紧角度的控制,且无需专人在螺栓拧紧过程中对角度进行判断。

    按照本实用新型提供的技术方案,一种螺栓拧紧角度控制装置包括安装底板和套
    筒组件,其特征是:安装底板上设有多个固定螺栓孔,每个固定螺栓孔内设有一个固定螺
    栓,通过固定螺栓将安装底板固定在机体上;安装底板上设有多个中心孔,每个中心孔周围
    设有一个圆弧槽,圆弧槽所在圆圆心与中心孔圆心同心,圆弧槽一端设有指示沉孔;

    套筒组件包括摇臂、套筒、指示销、弹簧和开口销,摇臂中心设有套筒安装孔,套筒
    安装孔内设有套筒,套筒下端伸入中心孔中并能够自由转动;摇臂前端设有销孔,指示销上
    部穿过销孔并连接开口销,开口销使得指示销无法从销孔中掉落;指示销下部套装弹簧,弹
    簧上下端分别压紧接触摇臂和指示销上的定位块,指示销下端部伸入圆弧槽中。

    如图1~3所示,本实用新型主要包括安装底板1和套筒组件。安装底板1上设有多个
    固定螺栓孔4,每个固定螺栓孔4内设有一个固定螺栓,通过固定螺栓将安装底板1固定在机
    体上。

    如图4~5所示,套筒组件包括摇臂8、套筒9、锁紧螺栓10、指示销11、弹簧12和开口
    销13。

    摇臂8中心设有套筒安装孔,套筒安装孔内设有套筒9,套筒9下端伸入中心孔5中
    并能够自由转动。摇臂8一侧设有连通套筒安装孔的开口槽14,开口槽14处连接锁紧螺栓
    10,锁紧螺栓10能够调节开口槽14的大小,从而将套筒安装孔内的套筒9夹紧。

    摇臂8前端设有销孔,指示销11上部穿过销孔并连接开口销13,开口销13使得指示
    销11无法从销孔中掉落。指示销11下部套装弹簧12,弹簧12上下端分别压紧接触摇臂8和指
    示销11上的定位块15。指示销11下端部伸入圆弧槽6中。

    本实用新型的工作原理是:在进行瓦盖安装螺栓的拧紧工作时,将安装底板通过
    螺栓连接在瓦盖上,安装底板上根据需要安装的螺栓相应设置有中心孔,将套筒组件插入
    需要拧紧的某个螺栓对应的中心孔中。调整套筒组件,使得指示销进入圆弧槽中并被弹簧
    压紧。然后转动套筒组件,实现螺栓的拧紧。当指示销进入指示沉孔7中时,意味着螺栓已经
    拧紧到位。此时将套筒组件拆卸,开始下一个螺栓的拧紧工作。
