    本发明涉及车辆零部件技术领域,尤其涉及一种线束收卷装置及车辆座椅。

    背景技术

    车辆线束是车辆电路的网络主体,其一旦遭到破损,将造成相关电气系统无法发挥功能。

    现有技术中,座椅上集成了很多电气系统,如多向电动调节系统、电加热系统、通风系统、安全带检测系统等,上述系统需要线束与整车控制器连接,设置在座椅上的线束是汽车线束系统中较为特殊的一部分。座椅上的线束无法固定于某一点或者粘附于某一平面上,因为座椅尤其驾驶员座椅可以前后调节,座椅下的线束也需要随着座椅的前后调节而移动。为了能够满足座椅前后和高低最大活动范围的需求,需要给座椅线束预留出足够的设计余量。发明人在实现发明创造的过程中发现,在座椅前后、高低移动的过程中,较长的座椅线束可能会移动到座椅滑轨、地板横梁或座椅下面的电子模块上,如果线束的上方零件与下方零件的间隙不足,将造成线束受到挤压而破坏,对线束的保护有待提升,以保证线束对应的电路系统的工作能力。同时,冗余的线束置于座椅与地板之间,第二排乘客的脚部存在踢到线束的风险,线束安全和用于体验均有待提高。

    因此,有必要解决上述技术问题。

    发明内容

    本发明提供一种线束收卷装置及车辆座椅,以解决现有技术中存在的问题,保护线束,维护电路系统的工作能力,提高线束的安全性和用户体验。

    本发明提供的线束收卷装置,包括线束,还包括:线束收卷器,所述线束收卷器包括弹性件、转盖和收纳盘,所述收纳盘上开设有收纳开口和第一收卷口,所述转盖旋转设置在所述收纳开口上,所述转盖上开设有第二收卷口;所述转盖上安装有绕线柱,所述绕线柱延伸进所述收纳开口内,所述绕线柱上开设有安装腔,所述弹性件设置在所述安装腔内,弹性件沿弹性方向的第一端固定在所述收纳盘,所述弹性件沿弹性方向的第二端固定在所述绕线柱上;所述线束的第一端位于所述第二收卷口外,所述线束的第二端从所述第二收卷口进入所述收纳盘内,经缠绕在所述绕线柱后从所述第一收卷口延伸出。

    可选的,所述绕线柱上固定有连接件,所述线束包括安装点,所述安装点固定在所述连接件上。

    可选的,所述弹性件为涡卷弹簧。

    可选的,所述收纳盘上设置有固定柱,所述固定柱的侧面开设有第一卡接口,所述安装腔的内壁上开设有第二卡接口,所述涡卷弹簧的第一端设置有第一卡片,所述第一卡片卡接在所述第一卡接口,所述涡卷弹簧的第二端设置有第二卡片,所述第二卡片卡接在所述第二卡接口。

    可选的,所述线束收卷装置还包括挡盖,所述挡盖扣接在所述收纳开口上,所述转盖可旋转地限定在所述挡盖与所述收纳盘之间。

    基于同一发明构思,本发明还提供了一种车辆座椅,包括固定设置车辆地板上的静轨、固定连接的座椅和滑轨,所述滑轨可滑移地设置在所述静轨上,还包括以上任意一项所述的线束收卷装置,所述线束收卷器和所述线束的第一端均固定在所述车辆地板上,所述线束的第二端固定在所述滑轨上。

    可选的,所述滑轨沿滑移方向的前端极限点为C点,所述滑轨沿滑移方向的后端极限点为D点,所述C点与所述D点之间连线的中点与所述第一收卷口之间的连线垂直于所述C点与所述D点之间的连线。

    可选的,所述收纳盘连接有固定件,所述固定件安装在所述车辆地板上;所述车辆座椅还包括第一卡扣和第二卡扣,所述第一卡扣固定在所述车辆地板上,所述第二卡扣固定在所述滑轨上,所述线束的第一端卡接在所述第一卡扣上,所述线束的第二端卡接在所述第二卡扣上。

    可选的,所述线束收卷器与所述线束均位于所述滑轨的内侧。

    本发明提供的线束收卷装置及车辆座椅,当座椅处于工作位置时,弹性件处于自由的状态,当座椅通过滑轨向前或者向后滑动时,线束的第二端对缠绕在绕线柱上的线束起到拉伸的作用,绕线柱上的线束被拉伸出收纳盘,以满足座椅滑动所需的线束长度,此时绕线柱因线束的第二端被拉伸而旋转,进而使弹性件受到拉伸进而处于张紧的状态;当座椅滑移回工作位置时,原先被拉伸出的线束处于冗余的状态,线束的第二端对绕线柱的拉力解除,绕线柱在弹性件的回复作用下发生反向旋转,进而将冗余的线束重新缠绕在绕线柱上而收纳进收纳盘内,避免了冗余的线束外置于座椅和车辆地板之间,同时使线束随时处于紧绷的状态。

    具体实施方式

    在本说明书中提到或者可能提到的上、下、左、右、前、后、正面、背面、顶部、底部等方位用语是相对于各附图中所示的构造进行定义的,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向它们是相对的概念,因此有可能会根据其所处不同位置、不同使用状态而进行相应地变化。所以,也不应当将这些或者其他的方位用语解释为限制性用语。

    如图1至图5所示,本发明提供的线束收卷装置,包括线束收卷器1。

    请同时参照图1至图5,所述线束收卷器1包括弹性件18、转盖16和收纳盘15,所述收纳盘15上开设有收纳开口和第一收卷口24,所述转盖16旋转设置在所述收纳开口上,所述转盖16上开设有第二收卷口20;第二收卷口20贯穿转盖16的上端面27和转盖16的下端面,所述转盖16上安装有绕线柱21,所述绕线柱21延伸进所述收纳开口内,所述绕线柱21上开设有安装腔,所述弹性件18设置在所述安装腔内,弹性件18沿弹性方向的第一端固定在所述收纳盘15,所述弹性件18沿弹性方向的第二端固定在所述绕线柱21上;所述线束的第一端3位于所述第二收卷口20外,所述线束的第二端5从所述第二收卷口20进入所述收纳盘15内,经缠绕在所述绕线柱21后从所述第一收卷口24的上端面27延伸出,转盖16的旋转轴线垂直于上端面27。

    以本实施例中的线束4为座椅线束为例进行说明,线束的第一端3可以固定在车辆地板上,线束的第二端5可以安装在座椅的滑轨上,当座椅处于工作位置时,弹性件18处于自由的状态,当座椅通过滑轨向前或者向后滑动时,线束的第二端5对缠绕在绕线柱21上的线束4起到拉伸的作用,绕线柱21上的线束4被拉伸出收纳盘15,以满足座椅滑动对线束4长度的需求,此时绕线柱21因线束4的第二端被拉伸而旋转,进而使弹性件18受到拉伸进而处于张紧的状态;当座椅滑移回工作位置时,原先被拉伸出的线束4处于冗余的状态,线束的第二端5对绕线柱21的拉力解除,绕线柱21在弹性件18的回复作用下发生反向旋转,进而将冗余的线束4重新缠绕在绕线柱21上而收纳进收纳盘15内,使线束4随时处于紧绷的状态,避免了冗余的线束4外置于座椅和车辆地板之间。

    本发明实施例提供的线束收卷装置,当线束4为车辆上的座椅线束4时,线束收卷器1可以对线束4起到收放的作用,在保证座椅前后滑移的基础上防止冗余的线束4移动到座椅滑轨、地板横梁或者座椅下方的电子模块上而被挤压,保护线束4,维护座椅电路系统的工作能力,提高线束4的安全性和用户体验。

    可选的,所述绕线柱21上固定有连接件22,所述线束4包括安装点,所述安装点固定在所述连接件22上。本实施例可使线束4通过连接件22与绕线柱21相连接,线束的第二端5受到拉伸作用时,线束4通过连接件22带动绕线柱21进行旋转,当线束4冗余在收纳盘15外时,绕线柱21通过连接件22带动线束4重新缠绕在绕线柱21上。连接件22还可避免线束4缠绕在绕线柱21上或者受拉伸从绕线柱21上脱离时与绕线柱21发生相对滑动,提高绕线柱21对线束4的收放效果。其中连接件22可以是线束卡扣,线束卡扣可以通过焊接或者粘接等方式固定在绕线柱21的外壁面。线束卡扣上可以设置有卡箍,在卡箍处于松弛状态时,使线束的第二端5穿设过卡箍,随后收紧卡箍,使安装点固定在收紧后的卡箍上。

    可选的,所述弹性件18为涡卷弹簧。涡卷弹簧的两端沿环向受到拉伸作用时可以产生反向收紧力,以使冗余在线束4快速重新缠绕在绕线柱21上而收回。

    可选的,所述收纳盘15上设置有固定柱,所述固定柱的侧面开设有第一卡接口23,所述安装腔的内壁上开设有第二卡接口,所述涡卷弹簧的第一端设置有第一卡片,所述第一卡片卡接在所述第一卡接口23,所述涡卷弹簧的第二端设置有第二卡片,所述第二卡片卡接在所述第二卡接口。本实施例中的第一卡接口23可以是沿固定柱轴向开设的第一条形口,第一卡片为第一翻折片,第一翻折片延伸进第一条形口中与第一卡接口23稳定卡接;同样的,第二卡接口可以是沿安装腔的轴向开设的第二条形口,第二卡片为第二翻折片,第二翻折片延伸进第二条形口中稳定卡接。

    可选的,所述线束收卷装置还包括挡盖17,所述挡盖17扣接在所述收纳开口上,所述转盖16可旋转地限定在所述挡盖17与所述收纳盘15之间。本实施中的挡盖17可对转盖16起到限位的效果,可使转盖16始终在收纳开口的上方旋转设置,防止转盖16在线束的第二端5的拉伸作用下与收纳盘15相分离。

    可选的,所述收纳盘15包底座和圆柱套筒,所述固定柱安装在所述底座上,所述底座连接在所述圆柱套筒的第一端,所述固定柱的中心轴线与所述圆柱套筒的中心轴线共线设置。本实施例中,固定柱安装在圆柱套筒的中心,可使涡卷弹簧的第一端处于圆柱套筒的中心,有利于增加线束收卷器1在工作过程中的结构稳定性。

    可选的,所述圆柱套筒的第二端的外侧面设置有外螺纹25,所述挡盖17包括环形挡板和连接在所述环形挡板的外边沿的围边,所述围边的内表面设置有内螺纹19,所述内螺纹19与所述外螺纹25相螺接,所述第二收卷口20位于所述环形挡板内。在线束4受到拉伸时,第二收卷口20可以在环形挡板内进行旋转,进而带动绕线柱21随之共同旋转,圆柱套筒与挡盖17螺纹连接,具有连接便捷、便于拆卸的优势。

    如图1至图8所示,基于同一发明构思,本发明还提供了一种车辆座椅,包括固定设置车辆地板上的静轨11、固定连接的座椅和滑轨12,所述滑轨12可滑移地设置在所述静轨11上,还包括以上任意一项所述的线束收卷装置,所述线束收卷器1和所述线束的第一端3均固定在所述车辆地板上,所述线束的第二端5固定在所述滑轨12上。

    本实施例提供的车辆座椅,当座椅处于工作位置时,弹性件18处于自由的状态,当座椅通过滑轨12向前或者向后滑动时,线束的第二端5对缠绕在绕线柱21上的线束4起到拉伸的作用,绕线柱21上的线束4被拉伸出收纳盘15,以满足座椅滑动所需的线束4长度,此时绕线柱21因线束4的第二端被拉伸而旋转,进而使弹性件18受到拉伸进而处于张紧的状态;当座椅滑移回工作位置时,原先被拉伸出的线束4处于冗余的状态,线束的第二端5对绕线柱21的拉力解除,绕线柱21在弹性件18的回复作用下发生反向旋转,进而将冗余的线束4重新缠绕在绕线柱21上而收纳进收纳盘15内,避免了冗余的线束4外置于座椅和车辆地板之间,同时使线束4随时处于紧绷的状态。

    可选的,所述滑轨12沿滑移方向的前端极限点(滑轨12沿能滑移到的沿车身方向最前方的位置)为C点,所述滑轨12沿滑移方向的后端极限点(滑轨12沿能滑移到的沿车身方向最后方的位置)为D点,所述C点与所述D点之间连线的中点与所述第一收卷口24之间的连线垂直于所述C点与所述D点之间的连线。本实施例可使座椅在前后滑移的过程中,线束4被拉伸出收纳盘15的部分的长度最小,有利于减小线束收卷器1的尺寸,节省布置空间。其中当滑轨12位于C点与所述D点之间连线的中点时,弹性件18可以处于自由状态,滑轨12向前或者向后滑移时,线束的第二端5被拉出,弹性件18处于张紧的状态而对线束的第二端产生反向拉力,以便在线束4处于冗余状态时将线束4重新拉回收纳盘15中。

    可选的,所述收纳盘15连接有固定件26,所述固定件26安装在所述车辆地板上;所述车辆座椅还包括第一卡扣6和第二卡扣7,所述第一卡扣6固定在所述车辆地板上,所述第二卡扣7固定在所述滑轨12上,所述线束的第一端3卡接在所述第一卡扣6上,所述线束的第二端5卡接在所述第二卡扣7上。本实施例中的第一卡扣6可对线束的第一端3起到固定作用,第二卡扣7可对线束4位于滑轨12上的部分起到固定和限位的作用,使线束4布置更加整洁,避免因线束4移动而受到其他部件的挤压,有利于提高线束4的安全性。

    可选的,所述线束收卷器1与所述线束4均位于所述滑轨12的内侧。本实施例可以对线束收卷器1和线束4起到有效地保护作用。

    可选的,所述第一收卷口24朝向所述滑轨12设置。本实施例可避免在座椅前后滑动的过程中,线束4被拉伸出的部分与第一收卷口24之间的弯折角度过大而损坏线束4,有利于保护线束4。

    另外,车辆座椅还包括铰链连接的座椅坐盆骨架14和高度调节连杆13,高度调节连杆13与滑轨12铰接,通过高度调节连杆13旋转可以调节座椅坐盆骨架14的高度。其中线束的第二端5延伸至座椅坐盆骨架14,并沿途经过第三卡扣8连接在滑轨12上,第四卡扣9连接在高度调节连杆13上,第五卡扣10连接在座椅坐盆骨架14上。当座椅调节高度时,座椅坐盆骨架14的高度上升,高度调节连杆13分别绕着其与所述座椅坐盆骨架14及所述座椅滑轨12的固定点向竖直方向(座椅调高)或水平方向(座椅调低)转动,所述线束的第二端5紧密地随滑轨12运动,同时,所述第四卡扣9与第五卡扣10之间,以及第三卡扣8与第四卡扣9之间的线束4长度冗余量,可以满足座椅高度调节对线束4长度的需求变化。在座椅高度调节的过程中,滑轨12与静轨11相对静止,所述线束收卷器1处于空闲状态。

    需要说明的是,高度调节连杆13可以是座椅的高度调节后连杆,当高度受限或者高度调节后连杆不满足线束4的安装需求时,线束的第二端5还可以固定在座椅的高度调节前连杆上。所述线束4与所述座椅坐盆骨架14、高度调节连杆13、滑轨12、车辆地板、绕线柱21之间还可以通过扎带捆绑、胶粘等其他可以实现稳定连接的方式相连接。
