    随着基础设施建设的完善,公路状况日益改善,货运市场需求对时效性要求进一步提升,长途标载运输成为货运市场的趋势。为了满足牵引车轻量化,长续航的需求,整车布置进一步考虑紧凑化,集成化以满足市场需求。另外更严苛的排放标准使后处理装置的体积增大,影响了油箱容积。

    本实用新型的目的在于提供一种重型牵引车底盘和重型牵引车,以解决布置大油箱时影响底盘布置空间,并导致配重不平衡的问题。

    为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:

    一种重型牵引车底盘,包括:

    车架,包括依次设置的前桥、中桥和后桥:

    发动机,设置在所述前桥;

    空滤装置,设置在所述发动机的后端;

    进气道装置,设置在所述发动机的后端的左侧;

    本实用新型的有益效果:

    对于重型牵引车底盘,底盘左右两侧布置大容积主、副油箱,满足长续航里程的需求,使底盘左右配重更加均衡,同时满足了大容积油箱布置空间需求;将尿素罐布置于电瓶框之前,优化了底盘布置空间,满足安装排气后处理装置后的布置空间;将空滤装置、排气后处理装置异侧布置,减小进气温度,进一步优化了底盘布置空间;排气后处理装置与发动机位置较近,减少温度降低,满足了进排气系统的性能需求;

    对于重型牵引车,能使用更大的油箱,满足长续航里程的需求。

    参见图1-图3,本申请实施例提供一种重型牵引车底盘,包括车架1、发动机2、空滤装置3、进气道装置4、尿素罐5、排气后处理装置6、电瓶框7、主油箱8和副油箱9,车架1包括依次设置的前桥、中桥和后桥:发动机2设置在前桥;空滤装置3设置在发动机2的后端;进气道装置4设置在发动机2的后端的左侧;尿素罐5设置在发动机2的后端的左侧并位于进气道装置4的下方;排气后处理装置6设置在发动机2的后端的右侧;电瓶框7设置在尿素罐5的后侧;主油箱8设置在电瓶框7的后侧并位于前桥和后桥之间;副油箱9设置在排气后处理装置6的后侧,副油箱9与主油箱8左右对置。

    采用双油箱布置方案,满足了大容积油箱布置空间需求,使整车配重均衡;将尿素罐5布置于电瓶框7之前,优化了底盘布置空间,满足安装排气后处理装置6后的布置空间;将空滤装置3、排气后处理装置6异侧布置,减小进气温度,进一步优化了底盘布置空间;排气后处理装置6与发动机2位置较近,减少温度降低,满足了进排气系统的性能需求;底盘左右两侧布置大容积主、副油箱,满足长续航里程的需求,且主、副油箱分两侧对称布置使底盘左右配重更加均衡。
